How to Create a Step Challenge Follow
Do you need some additional motivation to increase your physical activity? Sometimes, we all do!
Creating a Personal Step Challenge is a great way to push yourself but also to enter a fun competition with your friends!
To create a Personal Step Challenge on the Wellness Experience, follow these steps:
- Log into your account on the Wellness Experience website.
- Navigate to Wellness > Challenges
- Click on Challenges
- Click on Create in the top-right corner
- Under the Personal Step Challenges you will be able to select among the three options: 1-day Super Stepper, Weekend Walk-Off, and Weekday Step-Off.
Let's break down what each one of them means and how to create them!
1-day Supper Stepper is a challenge that starts at 12:00 AM and runs until 11:59 PM.
To create it, you should click on the 1-day Super Stepper option and you will be taken to a new page. Once there, you can view the Challenge Rules before you click on Next, which takes you to the next step.
On the next page, you can give your challenge a unique name and a personal message to motivate yourself and others! Once you complete these steps, you should click on Create option.
When you create your Step Challenge, you will be able to invite players, as a friendly competition by clicking on Invite Players in the bottom-left corner.
Note: The players you can invite to participate in your challenge are your colleagues that you have added as your friends previously.
The challenge is now ready to go and will start the next day at 12:00 AM!
Weekend Walk-Off is a 2-Day steps challenge that starts at 12:00 AM Saturday morning and runs until 11:59 PM Sunday night. To start creating it, click on Next.
On the next page, you can pick a name and a personal message for your challenge, or you can use the default ones, then click on Create.
You are ready to go, but it is always fun to have some competition. Invite your friends to join you by clicking Invite Players and enjoy the weekend ahead by going on walks and trying to beat them!
Weekday Step-Off is a 5-Day steps challenge that starts at 12:00 AM Monday morning and runs until 11:59 PM Friday night. Click on Next to begin setting your challenge up!
Weekday Step-Off can also be given a unique name and a personal message! Once you are happy with yours, click on Create.
The last step is to Invite Players to join you for the next week of fun walks and challenging yourself!
